Fill in your name and block titles above, then click "Get my link." A personal link will appear below — bookmark it (⌘/Ctrl + D) or copy it and save it somewhere safe (email, notes app, etc.). Opening that link again — on this computer or any other — automatically refills everything you entered here. If you change a field afterward, click "Get my link" again to save a fresh link; the old bookmark still opens to what it had saved before.
